Estate planning documents are state specific so if you move within the state of Florida, you don't have to make any changes, but if you move outside the state of Florida, the best recommendation I can make is to meet with an estate planning attorney licensed in the state where you move. That attorney will review documents to see whether or not any changes are necessary based on the laws of the state where you've moved.
