Typically, prepared by an attorney, and within that document, you name the beneficiaries of your estate. You also name the person that you choose to represent your estate before the court. That person is known the executor or the personal representative in Florida. Within that will you also have the opportunity to name guardians for any minor children that you may have. That document is really the core of any estate plan, to make sure that all your wishes are carried out, the way you wish them to be.
